you used to be an a/p? what did you work on? just single engine cessnas/pipers?
Yeah, I worked pretty exclusively for a flight school in Amarillo Tx. They had three 152s, two 172s, a 182, and a 421 for twin training. I did some work for other people out there, but I preferred only working on the school planes because I could keep up with them all the time and make sure they were being treated right, plus catch anything that might occur between inspections. Kept my liability down.

I got back about half an hour ago. I'm just about dead. Didn't have time to check out any cool roads, but my co-workers ended up buying the S2000, so I'll have a chance to play with it sometime.

Plus the guy who owned the S2000 has a B7 S4 Avant. I told him to come check this site out.

I'm so tired. I know I need to sleep, but I need to shower also, so i'm trying to come up with a way to combine the two. Nothing workable yet.

It was a fun trip. Got to Yorba Linda from Vegas in about three hours. Averaged almost 90 on the way there and that's including slowing down in the cities. Hit 160 racing a new STi (he didn't have a chance). My buddy bought the S2000 we went to Mo Val, looked at a condo complex that got a commercial loan, then it took six damned hours to get back.
