alright so i was on my way to the bank last night and i got into a cat and mouse chase around my nierborhood with a cop because he saw my headlights finally i got back to my house after about five minuites of this chasing. i pull into my driveway turn off the car and the headlights and was half way out of my car and he pulls in behind me and flicks on the lights. i dont think they can pull you over in your own driveway can they??

 

yeah they can. Why would he chase about your headlights? If that was it why run?

I got 'pulled over' after getting out of the truck and unloading 5 steel pipes out of the back.
no seatbelt. I was on the road for a couple hundred feet.

 

im confused why were you in a cat and mouse chase. did you have a headlight out or what? and what happened after he pulled you over?

 

My guess is he's one of those douches that put HID's in reflector headlight housings, or he has 10000k HIDs............
