IF I was indeed trying to attract the three ladies, this would be the pic to do it with. My face is horribly disfigured from an incident involving two large housecats and a piece of underdone chicken breast. Or was it Beirut in '99? have not been in the thread in a while but yea i meusre my arms and just about everything else every 3 months to see what my progress is, they are just over 19" my left is exaclty 19 1/3" and my right is 19 1/4"

Yeah, here's me after learning whip chain...a 9 section steel whip chain with a large steel dart on the end.
