sea food diet
i dont know how long i could do that for, how about an italian food diet, maybe ill try that
i just eat alot of sweets lately, so im just going to quit buying them
i always gain five lbs a month, then loose it in a month, its like an every months thing (tmi)

+1 here. Racing season is already upon us. I was going to do a race up in Sac this past weekend, but on a training ride last week, I got dropped pretty bad. Hopefully I'll be back in shape by the time the Sea Otter Classic rolls around mid-April
