the whole mike vick thing was good b/c it brought the whole thing into light for a bunch of people that had no idea it was going on. hopefully as more people learn of the atrocities they will talk to their congress men/women and the gov will take action.

what's really jacked up is that the animals are tortured and bred to attack and destroy from puppyhood... that's hard to overcome and most of these animals have to be destroyed when found alive [&o][>:]

 

no no no our government is not bad because of their lax stance when it comes to this. They just have alot more important things to worry about than dog fighting. Issues concerning human well being will always take precidence over the well being of animals. Issues such as murder, drug use, terrorism etc.

Dont get me wrong I agree that it is a horibble practice and something should be done. But it needs to start with the citizenry we need to write our congressmen/women to let them know how we feel about the issue. Ppl who know where these events take place and who is involved should come forward and speak out. That is the only way real change will happen.

But dont blame our government for not taking action on something that was not directly effecting the citizenry.

 

i wasnt sayin that our government is f'd up because they wont take care of it i am saying it is f'd up period lol send people here n there to take care of matters outside the u.s. and send millions and billions of dollars to other natural disasters and such... what about our people? what about border control? just to name a few.. oh well nothin i can do about it thats just my opinion ans im not the only one that thinks that way

 

It's really sad that these dogs have to suffer at the hands of total fvcking idiots. I hope those fvckers get caught and locked up for a very long time. I think the authorities should screen people before they're allowed to own big working dogs like rotts and pitbulls. So many dumb ******** think they're tough because they have a big pitbull on a chain.
