Earthquakes are no joke, no warning what so ever, unless you have dogs or birds. Has it been unusually hot in the midwest?

 

My bed was shaking last night. But it had nothing to do with an earthquake.

 

Felt it in western Tennessee

 

You are correct. It was a 7.1, centered in the Santa Cruz mountains. I was in San Jose at the time that it hit.

Sweetee... a 4.5 is nothing compared to some of the ones I've experienced in NorCal.

 

thats the good thing about rochester ny... only bad thing that happens to us is snow

 

yep, just finished a paper at around 3 and was still awak til about 4:30 when i feel my bed and desk shaking, about 10 minuts later a buddy call me up asking i felt a shaking sensation. it was wierd, but ive been in a few mild earthquakes so its nothing new.

 

I heard something like that but never felt it myself. I did experience a 5.2 while I was out in Cali a few years ago.

 

whats this earthquake and tornado thing you guys speak of? Nothing happens here in NY

 

oh, don't worry soon enough a tidal wave will hit NY. I mean you do get some residual Hurricane rain

 

i live in northwest indiana and i slept right through it, i really wanted to feel it though
