Difference btwn W12 and V12?
I always wondered why they have W12s for some cars and V12s for some. Whats teh difference. I know taht in a V12 teh block is teh shape of a V is it the same with the W12?

oo so it is just teh shape makes a W instead of a V. Thats what i thought but didnt know for sure. And i think u all know why i asked this today. TRANSPORTER 2 IS OUT TODAY!

Totally forgot about the Transporter comin out, the first one was good, but this one looks even better. Too bad I wont be seeing it this weekend ... to busy

i will be sure to tell u what i think after i see it but im not sure im seeing it tonight. A few of us said we should see it but u never know.

I think the main reason for having the W is that is it alot more compact engine. You can still produce high power outputs, but in a smaller package.
