1991 Nissan 240SX for drifiting - $1000.

2001 Team Trinity Nitro Reflex with2 horsepowerRossi Outlaw.12, synthesized computerradio, digital servos, carbon or titanium everything, all support equipment, andevery upgrade imaginable for drifting- $2500+. And that's just in one of my cars.

Believe me, I've got more moneyin my R/C cars than most drifters do in their real ones. But that's ok, since my Nitro car will hit 60mph full seconds before they do, so it's worth it.

I think its crazy that these rc motors can push a car over 60 mph and are motors (scaled up cars) cant even compare to the performance.

Well, that's all any fast car is about, really. But it's still phenomenal numbers, evenwhen you consider it that way.

Let's compare my R/C car to the Veyron for example. The Veyron is widely considered to be the most nutter car ever built, so it's ratios should be the cream of the crop.

The 'Ron has 1001 horsepower, and it's engine is 7.99 liters. So it makes 125 horsepower per liter. That's pretty good. Comparatively, my R/C car has an engine that's .12 cubic inches, which is about 0.00196644768 liters. That means my engine is making 1017 horsepower per liter. That makes the Bugatti's engine seem like a tractor.

Then there's power to weight. Again the 'Ron has 1001 hp, and it weighs 4162 pounds. So each one of it's horses has to push around 4.15 pounds. Again, that's really good number. My R/C car, yeah it weighs 3 pounds, and has 2 hp, so each of it's hp has only 1.5 pounds to lug around. ****, is that a Bugatti or a Beetle? I can't tell anymore.

The Bugatti redlines at 6500, my engine, well it doesn't have a redline, but it's power peak comes at 60,000 rpm. Sixty thousand. Six zero comma zero zero zero.

The Bugatti, 0-60 in 2.5, my R/C car 0-60, 1.7, to think you can pull ona Veyron for less than the price of an Accent.

Sure Bugatti's got that whole 250+ mph thing where my car tops out around 75, but really, how often are you going to use that top speed in the real car? I can top my R/C car out every time I run it.

So put that in your bespoke crystal pipe and smoke it, Bugatti!!

So, to put this into man terms:

The RC car is like ************
The REAL car is like sex.

Exactly. And while masturbation is no substitute for sex, that doesn't make it any less fun.
