I think it actually might be more of an anti lag thing or at least thats more what it sounds like , I have seen many rally cars that make the same noise and on them i know for sure its an anti lag device In this vid the audi makes that same noise and its not got a BOV itt externally wastegated with an anti lag thing

no no he dosent have a bov or a dv thats compressor surge. back in the old days they would just replace the turbo after every race becuase no one ran bov or dv and it would kill there turbo with surge

I know it doesnt have one but it does run an ecu that has a built in anti lag system, and thats not surge cuz it doesnt sound like that lol

well if it dosent have a bov or dv then it has to be surge becuase all that boost has to go some where
