wow, i almost forgot about this. someone wana give me a quick summary as to what happened (don't wana read thru all this)

 

Ol' Jazz popped out an email evey few months to keep us updated.
1. He took the plate orders and our money, now in his Paypal account.
2. He disappeared for a long time 2-3 months, no word from him at all...busy at work with new job and no internet connection.
3. He posts a message saying his g/f Theresa died unexpectedly, and would not be able to place the order for a while until he gets his $hit together.
4. Disappears again, so everyone files complaints with Paypal, trying to get our refunds.
5. Paypal screws us all and refunds NOBODY.
6. Jazz says his Paypal account is FROZEN due to the # of complaints against his account, so he cannot transfer our $ out for our refunds.
7. We still wait while Jazz has our $ and tries to work things out with Paypal to unfreeze his account.
