There are tomany hands in it now for one group to change anything. short of not buying anything that Is made from oil, what are you gonna do. Even then, the consept of supply and demand dictates that they raise prices.

I would like to mention though - there is a way to profit from this. INVEST IN ENERGY STOCKS/MUTUAL FUNDS ETC. !!! I do, and everytime prices at the pump go up, it does suck, but hey- at least I'm making a buck in the process too.

aside from the all the excuses, cost of refining, opec or where our oil comes from, we are talking MULTI BILLION PROFIT. somebody found a way to have the consumer pay for every part of this business and more.

wow $36 BILLION a year that is insane.......why pay workers such low wages. i dont think the government will ever step in, they will keep jacking up gas prices till we find another source of fuel.
