He would like to know how long a4s run and if its safe buyin 96 a4 with 118k...Thanks in advance!

yea as long as the car has been properly maintained it will go for a long *** time.... personaly have two with alot more, on with 250+ and another with even more

 

I also say yes, if it was treated right and properly maintained it will be run likea champ for a while.

 

the 12v 2.8 is known for its reliability (as far as german engines go anyway). there are several users on audiworld with over 200k and even a few with over 300k on those engines....as they say, as long as the oil has been changed regularly!!
