just because they went up doesn't mean you have to fill it up?? if you do your playing into the dealers pockets, keep a 5 ltr can and only put £5.00 in your car and make the gas sellers suffer (only put in what you need to) don't Carry dead weight, remember the world problems in the east (iraq/israel/lebanon and that other little country gazza don't produce any economic influence to gas prices so why the hell are they going up, only buy what you need

What do you mean those countries dont play any part in prices. how does iraq not play a roll? pakistan? iran? The 10 million barrels a day from iran doesnt play a roll in the world crude supply? 70-80 million barrels a day are produced from the OPEC nations, you do the math..

this is a dealer thing and they are using any problem in the world to get the price up to 100$ a barrel and those western countries are to blame but its the companies that are laughing all the way to the bank so don't buy more than you need, over fillers only feed the coffers of that company and they laugh at us for the panic buy

Iran doesn't count a worthless nation and iraq is trying to get started if the others keep out, I dont want to get political but you know what I mean

Companies have to make money first of all, other wise you wouldnt be driving a car. Second of all they are completely at the mercy of opec and every investor in the world. When they are happy, WE are happy. When the investors think that a naval blockade on lebanon might in someway slow down crude supplies coming from the mediteranean, WE suffer.

And im not too worried about 100$ a barrel. The OPEC nations know what happend in 1973-74. They dont want another embargo hurting their economies for a decade to come.
