Dont know how I forgot about office space and old school... they are both amazing. Old School is absolutely incredible.

 

Top Secret, UHF, Airplane. Any Monty Python fans? The Holy Grail is still one of my favorites. All of the above mentioned are great to, its too hard to pick a favorite of all of them.

I down wit the Monty Python choice, but, I think the old TV show was boat-loads funnier than ANY of teh movies. As far as funniest movie, EVER... The Princess Bride, hands-down the funniest movie I've ever seen, followed by Kentucky Fried Movie. If you've never seen them, GO, NOW, and rent them. Then come back and tell me they weren't FAS.
