I know thers probably ZERO other laker fans on here -
but I have to say Im so excited that we aquired Paol Gasol from memphis.

W/ several key players injured a few more weeks, and in the middle of our
longest road schedule in franchise history - and despite Kobe scoring only 6 points (he sprained his finger)

we managed to win on Gasols firs game in Purple and Gold.

I cant wait.. who knows with alot of luck - it could be CEltics vs Lakers ! in the Finals.

Gasol fits in very well w/ the offense.
w/ a little time & some healthy players coming back -
Weve got a good squad.

 

I heard a prediction on the radio the other day that at the end of the season, it's gonna be the Lakers and Celtics...hmmmm remember the 80's?

 

Lolz. I doubt it. Paul Gasol is awesome, but the Western Conference is fierce! The Lakers would have to beat the Mavericks, Spurs, and the Suns before I actually think they have a chance at the Finals.

I think it could be the Lakers for the West. But the Celtics are not deep enough for the post season IMO.

Yeah I was always a GARNET fan - but when he didnt push to come to LA
& all the Old celtic farts conspired & sent him to Boston - its over.
Celtics arent deep enough & we have a MONSTER bench.
