Actually, yes, I did. But it was AFTER CCCP went the way of teh wholly mammoth. The neighborhoods in Vilnius, Lithuania looked a LOT like Pole-town, in Detroit, in winter. Wood-framed single and duplex houses, tar shingled roofs covered in snow, SNOW EVERYWHERE! Went to Sofia in Bulgaria once, too. Everything was grey. The sky, the buildings, the mood, the people, EVERYTHING!!!

Needless to say, in BOTH places, I stuck out like a hooker in church (if you've seen pics I've posted of me you'll understand that statement)
