America was founded on the right to be a crazy MF'r with a gun. KB i don't know why you are complaining, every year 11,000 americans die because of a gun crime, i believe the uk its around 130...

PS. I keep a (registered ) Beretta sub-compact 9mm w/ 13 rounds in the clip in my whip all the time.

AT LEAST YOU GUYS CAN CARRY SOME FORM OF PROTECTION. JESUS MAN YOU CANT EVEN FART IN THE UK WITHOUT THE COPS CHECKING THAT YOUR NOT EMITTING A DEADLY GAS!!!

Guns are banned completely,Arrested for carrying even a stanley knife unless you are at work and require it for your job or just bought it.

Be careful how you even brandish a bloodyelastic band here....still has plenty of nutters though... Iwould swerve toward them like i'm gonna run them off the road then when they are busy trying to keep there car from smacking into the side pillars boot it and loose them in small streets.

If the lights are red here just run them. Its also not an offense to speed as long as you are being threatened for your safety the police will let it slide as long as you can prove you were being chased by a nutter that was going to put you in harm.

A cab driver last week here was getting robbed and he got out brandishing a baseball bat, the cops drove past and they both got arrested and charged for it! Sick huh?

Sounds like the world Amze would want us to all live in, where you get arrested for defending yourself, and everyone should turn French and run away. He thinks us guys with guns love to stuff 'em in our pants and whip them out sideways with our hats on crooked saying 'Ima pop yo, *** wid my gat, yo.' People like him can't possibly see the reason for owning or carrying a constitutionally protected right, or seeing training with them for nearly 15 hours per month so we can use them when we need them.

America was founded on the principals of freedom, and I shouldn't have to rely on a few trained men to keep it that way. Police are great but any cop will tell you that crime prevention isn't nearly as big as crime response. Our town has 23 police officers and 17,000 citizens. Numbers like that are common everywhere, and often the ratios are lower in cities.

The day that I can walk down the street with 100% assurance that everyone around is going to be cool and not jump me, pull a screwdriver on me, or try to bash me over the head with a brick is the day I'll lock up my guns and turn over my LTC. Some people take akido, some people learn how to knife-fight, some people learn how to shoot. The right to self-defence comes in many forms, and I'm one of the many proud, law-abiding, trained and licensed citizens in this country. Just like both of my parents, siblings, girlfriend, co-workers (with the exception of my boss who's legally blind.)

The funny thing is CLX.. I never once directly said I don't like guns.

I think guns in the wrong hands is a problem, illegal guns are a problem, guns and drugs are a problem. But thats part of the ball game.

Hell, I will carry when I can.

You're awesome at talking talking talking...

I never leave home without one of my Sigs, Berettas, or my personal favorite Smith and Wesson. Safeties are for chumps
This is the reason that when i turned 21 i picked up my XD .40 and the next week got my CCW, i always have mine in the glove box.

Wrong, federal law says glove boxes are no good. It doesn't count as a locked container since glove boxes are way to easy to break open. Same thing with trunks. If it were in a lock box inside the trunk or glove box, that's ok.
Wrong, i have been pulled over (in Michigan) and the first words out of my mouth were "officer i have a fire arm in the car" handed over my DL and CCW and the cop said "where is it" i returned with "it is LOCKEDin the glove box" the cop ran my plate came back handed me my DL and CCW and said drive safe and sent me on my way.

Then the cop that pulled you over was an idiot:

"Notwithstanding any state or local law, a person shall be entitled to transport a firearm from any place where he may lawfully possess it to any other place where he may lawfully possess such firearm if the firearm is unloaded and in the trunk. In vehicles without a trunk, the unloaded firearm shall be in a locked container other than the glove compartment or console."

Epic Fail. You're lucky you didn't get pulled over by someone who knows how to do their job.

Yup. I have thought about getting a firearm. Some asshat pule stuffon me Ill just pull out my M1 Garand outta my back seat and carefull cause that **** will get caught on something . But seriously handguns are agreat detterent against crime.

Seller : May I ask why you are purchasing a handgun ? Is it A: Hunting, B: Protection or C : *darts eyes* Other...
Buyer : Uhh Other..

I lean Left politically but even I support the 2nd Amendment. There is noting wrong with protecting yourself and if someone wants to hurt you, then they brought it upon themselves.
