Default H-Sport sways!

So this is a bit late... but I am bored and figured I'd make a post. I got my H-sport swaybars installed a couple of weeks ago, and went down to a narrower tire (225/45/17), and lowered my car a bit more than I did last year (although one of my coilovers is seized, damned winter!!)... anyways, they kick the ***. Seriously, it is a lot of fun... damned flat in the corners, has a fair bit of oversteer, but it's a blast! I just wish I had more power to power out of the corners I am now so thoroughly enjoying

Oh, and I got them with Neil (clconversion) and another dude up here in Canada... I HIGHLY recommend contacting Rick at Performance Parts Store if you want some. I think they sell them for 389 shipped! We got them a bit cheaper because we bought 3... but if you mention Chris in Canada who bought 3 sets, and mention you heard me raving about them on the audiforums... I bet he'd shave off a few dollars, from the already killer price -- remember, this is front and rear, with subframe connectors and hardware... just like the h-sport website sells for over 500 bucks.

Does your friend Rick at Perf Parts Store have them for D2's?

Shoot him an email! I've never ever seen sways for an A8... haha that'd be effin slick though!

He does carry other stuff, obviously... control arm kits and the like! But he is a hotchkis/h-sport dealer, so if h-sport makes them for your car, then he'd have them. I don't think that they do, though...

Yeah I just checked h-sport.com and saw nothing for the a8...

This is what we bought, though... and rick sells for 389 shipped.

Yeah, I can (and sometimes DO) take teh 270deg entrance/exit ramps @ 60 (45 in the rain), in my D2, that's most;y due to AWD and good tires (Falken 512ZEIX's). Fair amount of lean in that. I want it flatter (so I can go FASTER) round teh bends

do you want to keep the overstear. and do you have any adjustability in your shocks(un seize on) or the swaybar. other than that, I'm really jelous.

Yeah the oversteer is awesome... much preferred over understeer, that's for sure! I have the rear bar on the stiff setting, and my suspension does have dampening adjustment... but I've never adjusted it! :P
But yeah... the car is damn flat, and handles damned well! I recommend these to everybody... the benefits vs. cost of this mod put it at the top of my mod lists for any future cars I own.
