Ok, so the reason it was reckless was because of speed. We were going over 20 over the speed limit. I think them putting us in cuffs was a little over the top especially since we cooperated 100% and didn't give them any trouble. But hey... I have a cool story out of it now... hopefully it will have a good ending.

Oh and the reason I am smiling is because I just find it interesting/funny because I literally just got off an 18 month deferral period for some really gay red light that I ran (I was actually stopped at the light then saw the turn signal turn green and I was talking to a friend and went through the light... and the one time I do it there is a police car next to me) and that I just thought it was funny that I was getting a picture taken of me while being put in hand cuffs. Uhh. LOL

seems a bit excessive to cuff u when they didnt even tow u or take u in..

Win what? I wasn't racing. I was just showing one of my friends the power of my S4. I didn't even know my friend was behind me till I looked back and saw him an 2 police cars following.

well yes i know its a lesson learned, but this was all a series of bad events, your just cruising 20 over the limit, and your freind comes with 2 cops, (DOH!), you got a big break, best to slow down, or get a radar detector
