Default HIT & RUN Bastards

Need help here and i figure this is as good a place as any.

My wife was just rear ended going to work on the highway and from what she says it might have been intentional. Well when she put her blinker on to pull over and so did the other girl but when my wife started to pull over the other girl sped (sp) off. My wife called the police but they told her that there probably wasn't much they could do because my wife did not get the plate numberofthe car that hit her but gave the police the description of the car and driver which is a black Honda 2 door (hint hint). I told my wife to keep a sharp eye out when she goes to work to see if she might happen to see the car for the next few weeks. From what my wife said she hit her hard enough to be able to see into the trunk of her car. On the good side my wife has trailer jitch on her car and i HOPE it went through to her cooling system.

So what is the actual laws on hit and run with possible injuries? any help is mush appreciated.

Sorry to hear that bro. A few years back my wife got t-boned in a parking lot. Completely tore the drivers side rear tire out of the wheel well. The other a$$hole took off. Unfortanatly for us (and I think you too) we had to eat it cuz she could notID the driver. A witness saw it and got the plate number, but the car owner said the car had been stolen two days earlier, but didnt bother to report it until AFTER the wreck. Sorry POS!! Hope you have better luck.

Oh i plan on making REAL SURE there is damage on the front end of her car and im gonna some how try to see if there is blue paint on the front of her car as well... From what the wife said she IS a college student... In case your thinking it NO im not going to confront the girl ill let the police do that as i maybe snap a few pics of her from a distance being cuffed and hopefully stuffed. I MIGHT post the pics up depending how i feel.

Well i just talked to the wife and she was told by the doctor that she has a mildconcussion, not from her hitting her head but from beinghit so hard and her head being jerked. Also as i got more information from her i asked her if she got hit because she used her brakes to avoid the car in front of her and she said no she never even touched the brakes because there was noone in front of her, So im guessing that the other girl had some serious road rage and actually rammed her! if that is the case i REALLY want to find this B*TCH!!!!!

Hope you find her...I always hate to here things like this. My mom's car was hit in the parking lot where she works a few months ago, right before we were planning to trade it. They told my mom if she filled out a police report, they could check the survailance cameras...they never did. Idiots.
