Can anything jdm go in my Audi?

 

My car is making this banging and clanking, do you think my wheel fell off? Some times when I hit bumps and 75 miles per hour I feel like MOAR LOW and shiz.

Can anyone help me? Will this involve a bolt or tow? I am not sure I can afford to fix this

 

If my tranny goes into limp mode, should I drop him off?

I am considering buying a 2000 A4 with 130K miles. It has had tons of mods done including a super saaaaweeeeeet gold package and a whale tail. Is 12K too much for this? (the seller says it's stage V and that he can outrun a Cayman if he shifts just right)

Stage v? I'm am unaware of this. And what is a mod?

 

If it's Stage V and can only run with Caymans, I wouldn't go a dime over $10.5k.
