I need 2 beers per day If not may be dead

 

I used to drink a bunch per day, but it was making me fat as hell so i dropped it down to a few a week. I think as much as 10 per day was my average in my early 20's.

 

i cut way back on my drinking, im tryingn to get into shape so im down to 2-4 a week

 

1 a week, I used to drink 1-2 a day but I started getting a beer belly. So I cut down.

 

turns out, living on a boat makes you an alcoholic. I drink a couple a night after work, and usually get started around 10am on the weekends. I drink Miller Light in the morning, it makes for a good breakfast beer.

Between that, and up until recently, steak 3 nights a week (burgers on the other 4 nights), I ballooned up to a whopping 122lbs. (ok, not ballooned, I gained 4 lbs.)

No beer belly for me.

 

I think it depends if I have a party that day. I usually don't drink out of nowhere.

 

i have healthy doses of tequila, vodka, and/or wine within a given week.
but no beers for me.

 

Only time I drink is when im at the dropzone on weekends.

hey matt you weigh as much as me now hehe. when i'm by myself, i don't tend to drink. when i'm with ppl, most likely 6 a night along with some other stuff. not much more or the mornings suck for me. ya i know i'm a light weight
