I don't mind the automatic transmission for the GTR. For me with a car like this, I want it to get the power down to the ground the fastest.
The gearbox doesn't disappoint at all. The shifts are very fast and smooth, and like the video below, it explains that it does well in everyday driving.
Another interesting note, supposedly the GPS tracks where you are and knows when you are on a track and will unlock more power for you to use.

I would have to say though, if I had too much money, a Skyline is one car I would try to get a hold of, preferably an R34 and definatly this new model.
