Well, dear...... lettting the girl know you're gonna tap it in the first place, is recommended. When she's not ready for it, and it comes as a surprise, she might not always go for it. Case in point.
Second, don't tap her like that when she's in a hurry to get somewhere especially if she's talking on the phone and playing with her ipod simultaneously.
And third, well...... 1 tap like that is just NOT gonna do it. Plus it was way too gentle of a tap. Repeated tapping would be the way to go, imo.
