I have a Whirlpool induction cooker. When I press the glass surface where the buttons are marked, nothing happens. I try turning the controls underneath, but nothing changes except for the fans turning on and off. I try turning everything on and off and then the cooker just says "OFF". How can I fix this? Where did you have your induction stove repaired (Roncesvalles area)?
