hung over, i forgot what that was like.. got my kidny values done a few weeks back they were up just a bit, or i should say it not they I only have one, Dr said to lay off the boose for a while and stop taking the creatine..

thanks for looking out, im going to clean up my act, its not really all that big of a deal, i was in the normal range just on the high side wants me to drink twice the amount of water i usually drink, which might be a problem becasue i already drink a gallon a day..lol
on a different note i just picked a huge peace of glass ot of my hand from the accident.lol up to anything good this weekend?

My niece had hers removed... She recently became old enough to actually be put ON the donor list, but, being a kid, she's way to lax about keeping herself healthy enough for teh docs to think she'll survive the surgury. She's a teenager, so she thinks she'll live forever, anyway.
