Default Javascript Error

How long does it take a moderator to fix a web site issue here? Every page on this forum that I visit gives me a javascript error:

Line: 2673
Error: 'FB' is undefined

(This does not seem to occur when I'm at home on my Mac using Safari, but I might have that browser set to not display the errors.)

That sounds like an issue with your computer, not the site. I'm not a computer guru though, so I couldn't tell you how to fix it.

I've viewed this site in IE 7, 8, and 9beta, Google Chrome, and Firefox, on Windows XP and 7 and have never seen this error (or any other javascript errors for that matter).

Are you doing any development on your computer? What JDK(s) do you have installed? Could also be uber-high browser security settings.

Actually, I think I know what may be the problem. I was looking over the code and there appears to be an ad link to Facebook, which is blocked by the IT department in our company, causing the object not to load correctly.

Interesting. Does it happen all the time or just occasionally? I don't know that I've ever seen an ad on here for facebook. We do have a facebook thread thats filled with links though.

At home it never happens. At work it happens on every single page and every single link that I could think of trying. (Other than the ads which I think take you to other sites)

mac OSX firefox 4 and no errors. A lot of slow loading though and sometimes pages don't load at all. I wait 5 minutes and go browse another website and come back and it seems to work. I figured a slow host.. didn't care enough to research further. lol

Finally had a chance to look at the source code on this page and it looks like there's some kinda hidden container inside the link on the upper left hand corner of every page where the "Audiforums.com" logo is. It contains a javascript feature loader from facebook. No idea why its there lol
