So I did some research. While you are at work (don't do this at home since it's running fine.) Open your C: drive, Open the "Windows" file, find the "System32" file right click it and "delete".

Doing so will remove any blocks the work pc has without letting the IT Dept. know you got around it. I've tried this twice at work and I know the IT guys and they confirmed it's undetectable! Thank me later

You can only delete system32 folder in safe mode.
