What??? I have a Macbook Pro and FREAKING LOVE IT!!!!

Try going to the HP's website and see if you can get the drivers from there.

Yeah, NVidia doesn't support it. I was looking on HP website until the laptop froze again. [:'(]

I'm just not used to the whole Macbook style. I'm more of a Windows guy.

Edit: just to make it easier andfaster for me: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...028&dlc=en

What is your laptop serial number? And or model number? I will look it up for you and send a direct link to the download.

Oh I got it Josh. Thanks though.

I'm basically switching off between the Macbook and the HP. [:@]

Hopefully this will solve the problem. Thanks a lot for your help.

Bad news.

I managed to install the software update but it's still doing the same thing which basically means that the hardware is acting up.

Do you guys have any suggestion of what is wrong or does this mean that I have to actually take it to the guys at the electronic stores.

You need to download the video drivers from the Manufacture. Currently nVIDIA does not offer drivers for "most" mobile lappys. I however go the custom route. See below

^^ For modifies drivers for your laptop! (I use them on my Dell XPS M1530) and I play games on my laptop.

If your screen isnt dying it's a possible OS or hardware issue. Pc might need a tuneup...

Thanks Spiel!

It seems after the update on the driver that I downloaded from HP, the laptop wouldn't start.

I would turn it on and it would jsut give me a blank screen. [:'(]
