people will follow you for many unknown reasons. they'll flip you off cause they don't like your tag. they'll yell at you @ lights because they thought you cut them off. that's bs. anyone can be macho protected in a car. when you stop your car, get out, and politely ask wtf, they back down or leave. why? basic human conditioning. if you match a persons intensity, they unintentionally bond. once this happens, you can control the situation and disarm it by lowering the intensity. works w/animals. if you have dog, get him real riled up. if you can match his energy level, you can then bring him down. take him up, take him down. basic ideas in nuerolinguistic patterning. study it, it'll help you in life.

again, learn to defend yourself and you won't be afraid of the gun. a gun is, in the real world, a terrible weapon. its only advantage in this situation was surprise. by following you, this advantage was negated, cause if they had a gun, they would've used it early. a bullet is only in a tiny fraction of space for a tiny fraction of time. if you're anywhere outside of that space/time/instant unity, you're safe. also, if you are w/in 10 feet, you can disarm a pistol before they can pull the trigger. seriously, if you live somewhere where random, suprising and distant shootings occur, move. don't go there. or don't be afraid. not an *** here. simply someone thats willing to stand their ground physically as well as morally.

I definitly disagree.. that is the first time I have been followed and I have passed alot of cars and made alot worse dick moves than that. it does happen. someone had a bad day and vents by yelling @ you, or tailgating. you're telling me no has ever tailgated you before? c'mon. you're saying you live where they shoot each other for no reason and no one tailgates. if you had talked to her when she was tailgating, this would be a i was tailgated story, not a i was followed story.

did i ever say loose your calm or cool? no, i said match the intensity and then lower. when a child screams, when does it react to the parent? when the parent quietly asks it to be quiet. no, when a parent matched their level. if you lose your cool in a robbery you probably die. when you lose your cool in a phantom gun following, you should count yourself lucky no one was killed by you hitting them.

do you seriously think that because a car follows you they want to shoot you? i did have a guy follow me home one day, through the neighborhood, tailgating, driving like a madman. when i got home, he expressed his view, he felt i was following too close. i apologized. said i didn't realize it. he drove away. what are we not getting here? why does someone following you mean they're gonna shoot you? what do you do?

I don't think this person had a gun, if I had to bet my entire life savings or my car I'd bet against the idea of them having a gun because for the most part people don't roll around with guns and use them on such a minor conflict. BUT.... and theres a "BUT" that I've attempted to enforce for the last 20 post... There is a chance they're crazy and pissed and want to harm me, therefore, since that RISK DOES EXIST. I made the choice to DITCH this person, WHICH I FU<KING DID AND NO ONE GOT HURT. The person did turn out being crazy, and I think her story is insane.
