When I'm on a drive that long I have to listen to either Talk Shows or like everyone else was saying a book on tape. Music just doesn't do it. Doesn't keep you alert enough, doesn't exercise the brain.

both sirius and XM have pretty good stand up comedy channels.

Yea i love my dane cook cds on the long drives. I should get some more stand up for my ipod.

Welcome to KC Cary12. You there is a pretty good audi club here. Check out KC Audi. I have not joined yet but will be in the next month. Replaced my timing belt last month and got alot of info of this forum and from the guys at kc audi club.

As for the long drive I 2nd Da Vinci Code, plus Angels and Demons. Anyways have a safe move.

LOL. It will be perfect. I've heard from a lot of people I know that it's really good.

cdf619 - It will be great to be back. I've lived in KC (Leawood, Kansas) for my whole life, except for the past year that I've been in Arizona. I can't wait to get back to my friends and family. I'll have to check out the club and see what they are all about. It would be nice to get together with a couple other Audi freaks!

I actually like road trips. They are kinda fun. Drive safe.

ps: except when going across Nebraska. Flat, windy, boring, and stinks like **** for 8 hours. No offense to any residents.
