Default Magazine subscription Question

I've got a lame question - but I know someone on our infinite & all knowing
forums has an answer...

Tired of spending a whole $5 every month, I recently subscribed to a magazine of the European Tuning persuasion..
and only yesterday got the March edition. I had allready bought this particular
edition at the stores ( it had been out for some time now).

My question, is does anyone know if I will get my magazine after all the editions are out on the newstands allready? I was under the assumption that when u subscribed -
to a mag, subscribers got their editions before they come out on newstands??
[&o] anybody know?
Thnx

I've currently git about 4 subscriptions going...

As a general rule of thumb you'll get your monthly *fix* about a month before they come out on teh newsstands. Your 1st one doesnt count because it really depends on where, in teh mailing cycly you get yor name in the hat. But, your first almost ALWAYS arrives late. Teh rest shoule start arriving 2-4 weeks prior to their being displayed on newsstands teh world over...

Hope that he;ps

What I've noticed is that on a new subscription, they will send you the first one or two mags of mags that have already been on the stand a while. I'm sure that these are leftovers of sorts and they count against your count in your subscription. So say you bought a 12 month subscription and they send you Feb & March today and April next week - well, you are already 3 deep into your 12. By 5 deep they will start sending you crap in the mail saying "This is your last chance to renew at these super low rates!" It is all a vicious junkmail cycle. [:@]
