I hounded a guy who owns a paint restoration and detail shop for like a month, till he hired me just so I'd leave him alone

Haha, I love the work... it's good money, and time flies.

Haha, I actually started to laugh out loud when I read that. Sorry APG. lol...

chramin no question about it. I gave my schedule request to the store manager but he just put it on his desk an dleft for the day so he hasnt said anything to me.

i worked at lifetime fitness at the front desk, it was the best job by far. hot chicks and milfs all day long

the lifetime fitness by AMC 30 in Warrenville? i drive by that place all the time...i work down on 59 by Fox Valley...

Anyways, I've been doin my job going on 5 years and love it, I sell car audio/video at Circuit City...retail sucks but for some reason the car guys are different breed, and i love it!

i like my job just not what they have me do. When i just face the store and stock crap it sucks but i love it when i work parts counter. Im thinking maybe trying for that at liek best buy or circuit city.

I'm 16, and i need a job, per se, my mom won't keep riding my case if i were to say, become an apprentice at a local autobody or maintenace shop. Problem is, i don't know jack **** about cars (the reason i would be interested in apprenticing at a automotive shop) Anyone do anything like this, was it helpful, can you work in a body shop at 16?

not sure how old u have to be (i would think 16) but working at a car parts store will help u. I ahve worked at pep boys for liek 2 weeks and i hvae learned a ton. Some of the guys that know everything said they didnt know anything about cras when they were hired. The only thing is for auto zone u have to be 18 and pep boys is 17. Not sure what the little neighborhood ones are like.
