If you really have to windtunnel the car... and start questioning topspeeds of a tuner to determine if his wing is necessary....... it's not rice, and even after careful inspection has finished and determined that the car could qualify as rice because the wing is not functional 100% functional... who cares?
I personally think that subie looks pretty dope. I wouldn't cruise the streets in it, I like a more understated car, but to each their own. Besides, that's a sponsors race car more than likely anyway.
When a civic goes by with a rear bumper hanging off, mesh loosely glued inside painted contrasting colours, a grotesque bi-wing and spinners go by... that's rice.
