Nice. My older sister is a New Years baby too. Any way, Green Mountain, black and the usual string of fish oil, multi-vitamins, etc. Gonna start pricing and gathering supplements this week so I can start a new work out that claims I can gain 35lbs of fat-free mass in 30 days. I'm curious and intrigued.

You're finally fixing that laptop of yours Jeremy?

Pat - what routine are you doing? My resolution is to go back to my work out routine. I kind stopped half way through out the year. Not that it was my resolution last year. I haven't been to the gym in probably 3 months. Horrible.

The supplements the guy wants you to buy amount to somewhere between $200-$250, too. I'm going to find a way to build the mass for a lower cost.

You simply can't pack on 40 lbs of lean mass. You can lift as much as you want, but you have to eat a metric **** ton of calories to add mass, which will inherently will also add some fat with the muscle mass. You have to do it in stages... add a **** ton of mass, then lean it out with 2 **** tons of cardio (while still doing some weight training) and cutting way back on calories.
