Glad to hear you guys have it so good. On the other hand i just woke up and am waiting for a nice cup of coffee, looked outside... RAIN! NOOOOOO! Then im going to my girls ballet show... its gonna be a long day...

 

Lakewood, WA? And you sound surprised that it was raining. Here's a little tip I learned from when I was stationed there. Never plan a BBQ or outdoor party until either the morning of, or late night before. If you give mother nature more warning than that, she will make it rain on your parade.

Now, when you say your girl's ballet show, do you mean your daughter (in which case you should be the proud daddy), or your girlfiend/ wife (in which case you should be supportive, and she should be very flexible)?

BTW, I love straight espresso with a touch of milk and sugar. I will be buying an espresso machine when I return. Regular coffee just doesn't do it for me anymore!

 

Funny is that I was about to ask the same question. If it is your girl as in your girlfriend or wife, you should be a very lucky man.

Espressos are good stuff. Especially the ones that are timed perfectly. I usually like mine either straight up or there are days I add a pack of raw sugar for double espressos. I feel like getting my self some cappuccino today, so I might as well do that right now.

I wish it would rain in CA. It has been pretty hot in the day time but it gets cooler at night, which isn't too bad.
So I guess it's Monday again. I can't wait until next weekend.

I am currently coffeeless, but I'm looking forward to a trip for a few shots in a bit. Yesterday I was so tired I needed a good kick in the pants to get started. 4 shots later, I was wired for sound for the rest of my shift... I love whoever invented espresso.

Had a double macchiatto today. Foam wasn't as good as it could be but I'll live.

Funny is that I enjoy all types of foam. I know some people don't like the foam in their beer but I actually enjoy it.

Can't wait til Friday for some beer.
