There is this kid that lives in my neighborhood, he drives a late 90's Z twin turbo. Its almost as if he makes a point to blow off his boost RIGHT as he passes my house..It is LOUD andsoooooooooo annoying. I cant take it anymore. What should I do?

 

Break into his car, and glue a duck call to the bov.

 

Go to his house, ring his doorbell, when he answers kick him in the sac.


Or what you could do in reality, is everytime you pass his house, blow a airhorn. And do it late at night!

 

tape record a few of his passes and report him for noise ordanance violations - other than that just shoot him as he drives by

 

Sit by the curb in a lawn chair and a cooler full of beer. When he drives past you can take 1 of 2 approaches:
1st cheer and rant how awesome it is till he thinks your crazy.
2nd blow an air horn at him every time he passes. (my personal fav)

Oh I just thought about something else.

If you have some tree's out there you can pick-up 1 of them water balloon launchers and blast him every time he passes.

 

Have a lawyer friend send him a letter stating you might sue him for intimidation and pain and suffering.

Whenever he goes by go outside and take a picture of him, and let him see you doing it. He will think that you are going to report him for something, so he will probably slow down or take another route.
