Default MOTORCYCLE RACING

If there is anybody interested in motorcycle racing (not motocross) my brother designed and fabricated a singe cylindler race bike.
He is looking to spread the word about its unique design. It is a Rotax engine with a Ducati head and many custom designed and fabricated parts.
It was at the motorcycle show here in NYC at the Jacits Center.

Please check out the website:

www.ti-racing.com

Let me know what you all think.

Many thanks.

Anthony

Radical design. Very interesting looking. One cylinder....interesting. Have you had it on the dyno yet??? Very cool.

I does look sick, but I wish there were some technical specs on it. I do know that that rake looks scary steep, but judging from the short/long arms for the front articulation, it's going to increase rake as the suspension compresses. I'm curious to know how well that will work. If the ration is right then the rake will remain constant through hard braking, but how that will affect turn in, I don't know. Unless he had to do that since the rake is so steep to start with. And which Ducati head is it? It looks like the TestaStretta head, but I can't see it well enough to be sure.

More infos!!

If you look in the site there is info to answer most questions.
The About Us section gives some insight to the bike.
The bike has raced and is continally being dynoed.

My bro is a mechanical engineer and a total bike & car nut.

Come on, nobody else is interested.

I'm trying to get some interest/support for my bro's project.

Yeah, I went to the About Us page, but I'm more interested in some of the technical specs, like displacement/what's up with the progressive rake/bore-stroke ratio/gearbox arangement, those sorts of things.

Also, what class is this thing running in? Looks like it would be a class act in AHRMA SuperMono 2, but very few people know about AHRMA.

As an ex-bike roadracer, I need more infos!!1!

I've only recently gotten into riding, but I would really like to get involved into racing someday... How about your bro give me a test bike... and I'll test it? HA
