heres when i hit the trail today, tried gettin around it, but i guess the lil red bastard wanted to go in it, and we got stuck for 15 min lol

it wasnt deep as it was slippery

ok maybe it was a lil too deep for the factroy setup

and i know im not supposed to go muddin alone when taking these obstacles, but i made this 50+ ft long "puddle" my *****, (note i have the 2.5l 4 cyl, i was impressed, i think i love this more than my altima)

for those of you that are in upstate NY (BIN, Endwell, Johnson City), this is near the grippen ice rink near the enjoi golf course, the sesquehanna flooded, and this is what i got^not a long trial, but i like it

do you still have the nissan?? because in all honesty I'd sell it and mod the jeep if I was you, I wish I had an SUV platform and could go mudding and off-roading but the rent's said no when I got my car originally.

 

i still have the nissan, that gettin resprayed, this is my other car for when the nissan is gettin done, together i pay 150/month for insurance(100 nissan, 50 for the jeep)
the jeep is a 4 cyl, so all id do is a winch, and over head lights. now way the 4 cyll could put up to a lift kit or boggers. but i am putting a new radio and speakers in (1 working speaker and cassete player YUCK!)
chances ill still drive it more than the nissan

 

I'm telling you sell the Nissan, swap in a 6cyl for the jeep and have some fun. it's not that expensive and Jeeps like that are easy to mod, you can get an axle-over (under I forget what it's called) that moves the leaf springs to the upper side of the axle which gives you more clearance, and then you can get shackles cheap for some more flex.

There are a lot of ways to mod jeeps on the cheap, it's why I kinda want to get one.

 

i can do that even when i have the nissan, beside i already put to much TLC into the alti to just get rid of it

besides, im thinking 350 for the jeep HAhAHAH!
