I was bringing my A4 over to my mechanic to get a boost test done(don't have enought air to do my own test) and I spotted an S4 at a little local lot near there. After I get done with my mechanic I went over there to take a look. Thing was beat up, there were little nicks and scratches all over the side and the front bumper was missing the lower middle and being held together by ziptie's. The LCD display was unreadable. The car looked to be 100% stock.

As I'm over looking at this one, a dad and his daugter are looking around the lot and they walk up to my car and start looking at it. once they noticed my stuff in the back seat they went to the next car. I just smiled that my car is the one car they walk up to first.

I took it out for a spin. The ride was amazing!! - that thing is so quick - if you have an A4 and have never driven an S4 DON'T DO IT!! you'll never like your car again. We CEL came on about 1/2 way on my little trip so I headed back and said screw it. I'm going to pick up a car that needs that much work, that i know of.

But the killer is he only wants $7500 for it. I think I would be willing to fix a lot of stuff for that cheap. Still going to to think it over for awhile.

Oh yeah, I forgot, just before I was leaving this forein guy comes in and asks about this A6 on this guys lot. I leave and he comes out right after me - I little down the road he does the "roll down your window" hand gesture and asks me if I'm selling my car. So I guess if I have my car in a lot for 5 minuites and I already have two people looking at it and one asking me how much, I have a nice lookin ride.

Buddha i read an article from Audi that said they were making standard operating equipment on all b5 s line Audis. There actually marketing it as a 1000 option. hahaha Audi sales guy - " we turn your cel light on for you"

 

I wish there were someS4's around here for ME to test drive. lol.

There's a couple cars in local dealerships that I've been wanting to drive, but I'm not so surehow the fact that I'm only 16 would go over. [8D]

I like 2.7t C5 A6's better... lol I have driven my friends B5 S4 and it is awesome. I made the same mistake too, I drove his when I had my A4 and I could never look at the A4 the same anymore! HAHA
