Too small for me, I have way too much music for that thing. I've got a 5th Gen Black 60, and I love it to death... If you are getting it to work out with or something, I say go for it. Other than that, way too small, and easy to loose or steal...

there are alternatives to iPods, I love my 20GB Toshiba Gigabeat and it didn't cost a fortune. But you can't beat the nano for portability with 2gb and 4gb of memory.

I love my nano, i use primarily for running and working out, but with 4BG its enough music to take with you on a trip. S lot of people say that 4GB is too little memory to hold "all their songs", but who listens to all their songs on a regular basis. Cant beat the size of the nano, but it does scratch easily.

I have a 60GB in my car so that my passangers can name a song, and I most likely have it right there in the car. Kind of a nice touch for the ladies...

I have one. It's pretty good imo, but I really hate I-tunes. I'd get the white one though, my black one scratches just by looking at it.

Interesting...the black one looks pretty cool, but I didn't know it showed the scratches so easily. That is good to know.

VERY EASY. Check out the IPOD lounge

http://www.ilounge.com/

My nano scratches just being inside it's protective case. It has ungly swirls all over it.
