Yeah, I got excited when I first started seeing high def camcorders hitting the consumer market, but way too expensive. Way Overkill for anything I'd probably ever work on too, but it would be nice to have such a great picture on even a small project. You put the work in, but the quality of the results are only going to be as good as the camera.

 

That is a nice camera and way outta my price range but...

Josh, I'm sure you know about this but I was doing some research on Medium format cameras today and HOLY **** if you think a 10g video camera is expensive look up the Hasselblad H3DII, OMG you could buy not a nice Audi but a new Audi for the price of that camera

 

I'm disappointed, i thought there were going to be some awesome new pictures for me to look at!

I can barely justify $1-2k on a camera, let alone $8-10k.

I guess if I was pursuing photography as a career I could see it as an investment, though.

 

Yeah If I knew I could pay that off within a year or so from work I would get then I would do it... BUT i can't right now so I can't justify buying it. I want it bad though!
