That was just a fawn. There are some other vids of them hunting more deer but none show them throwing the deer up like that.
I watched 1 of some moron recording an eagle going after him like it was no big deal and funny.

And that video is awesome; especially when the eagle first grabs the deer, and it does a full-on front flip. I giggled inside.
