any New Year Resolutions, mine im goning to break the worse habit and that is smoking

That was mine last year. This year is to loose the weight I gained from quitting smoking. [:@]

Good luck to both of you and I hope your succesful. I don't nessisarily have to much wieght, but I could stand to be in better shape, so I guess that will be mine.

Likewise, I do all my exersising at home or around the block.

the gym is alrite when its not crowded but OMG i hate the locker room, all the old peoplewalkin around with nuthin (shudder) that i really hate

Better yet..today I went to a spin class (biking) with my Dad at the gym...and there were like 5 old guys sittin around watchin TV butt *** naked in the locker room. I tell ya..I was on the verge of stabbing my eyes out with my jacket zippers.

My rez is to loose some weight and get in shape. I wanna be able to go on a 175mile day ride with my dad in june. Anyone else here cycle? My passion is mountain biking but I just started road biking and its a blast!

I might try to quit smoking again if not at least stop smoking in the Audi

I burned two holes in the trim on my audi, that kinda forced me to quit.
