the family member was my brother[:@] basically what he did was delete my email address and replace it with another so when I tried to log on the Internet would shut down which had me in a tissy all I got was error code 1000 ( invalid user account ) and what a job to sort it out, the family member has been banned from my house ( I never thought he hated me that much[:-] hopefully all will be ok from now on
