A little weird, but I dont think it matters if he wanted to be a she !!! I dont agree with the whole thing, but thats his/her perogative. He/she was hired because of his/her skills and experience not gender !!! Thats just gay....."the outcome not the person" should have used a different word, but u get the idea !!!
