Default the OFFICIAL welcome *JENN* thread

okay, i would just like to welcome MYSELF

just want to make it clear that i am not a guy...so please no "HEY MAN", "DUUUUUDE", "BOOOOY", "BRO" or anything of the sort that i get so much of these friggin' forums because everybody assumes that only guys post here...so just wanted to get that out there..

k the reason i'm here is because i'm considering getting an A4 after i crashed my 2004 325ci about a month ago...it's officially totaled as of last week, so i'm in the market for another car...so yup, i'm just reading up on here about any info to help me make my decision..i did the same thing on e46 fanatics before getting my bmw..so i'm doing that again...THANK YOU

hahaha SICKO...go get a f*ck buddy...they're quite useful in these times of need..

hmm..in terms of v6 or I4 turbo..just one question..wth are you talking about? hahahah i know bmws..not audi..and i haven't had enough time to read the forums to learn a great deal yet....so instead of me searching..maybe u can just tell me...i plan on getting the b6 if i do get the a4 sorry but i like the b6 body much better than the b5...NO FLAMING since i know most of you people here are b5 ******...

but yeah...i'm looking for an 02 a4 with manual tranny..never got a stick..so i figure wth...why not...and it was fun when i test drove it at the dealership...so yeah...options are kinda in the air...i know the a4 is like a 170hp..kinda slow...but oh well...handling is a BIG thing for me...i like taking those fast turns..hahaha..well i test drove the quattro and thats what i liked about it a lot...so no FWD for me..if anything it's AWD or RWD..and so since audi doesn't make RWD...of course i like the reliability...but i know i know..i should be getting a honda then...german cars aren't exactly known for their reliability...

but what else should i be considering? or know?

i have a 2002 Audi A4 1.8T (I4 turbo) but sadly its automatic
its a good car but remember a car is only reliable as its owner
wit a 1.8t all u have to do is CHIP it (APR, GIAC, REVO) and you'll be alrite
until your modding habits get worse
the car handles well for me lots of i love on ramp and off ramps but i have sway bars
and plan to upgrade to dampers
alot of body roll for stock suspension thgouh
U HAVE TO GET QUATTRO

depends on what you want outta it. If your car is gonna remain stock... go with the 3.0. If you are open to dropping some extra money into it... the 1.8T has VERY big potential.
