I have an amazing idea!! I just need to find "Sodium Polyacrylate" in bulk. If anyone knows where to find it for somewhat cheap let me know.. i have been able to find 5lbs for $90.. but would like about 25lbs.. but dont want to spend hundreds upon hundreds.. can somebody find where to get this stuff from for really cheap?

yeah its an amazing water absorber that can absorb about 300 times its own weight.. its commonly used in the movies as "fake snow"

Thnking about building a Kicker in my buddies yard before he gets home.. or doing up the whole inside of his house it feels just like snow, and they use it at the indoor skiiing areas

you can rip apart a crapload of diapers lol, but that'll probly cost you more. if you contact Dow Chemical, who makes the stuff, they can give u a list of suppliers, or try asking a chem professor. they usually have hookups for chemicals. i got my chemistry teacher in high school to buy me 5 gallons on hydrochloric acid 8-10 bucks a pound is usually what it runs tho.
