??? A new rs4 can run 80k...so an older with some mods is worth 124K? that doesn't make much sense...I would think 70k is pretty fair

You missunderstood and are ignorant of the situation. the B5 RS4 was not sold in the united states. only way to get it is to import it privately from europe. there are only a few in the states. the last time i saw one for sale it was silver with about 30K miles for $124K. it was also tuned a little.
