So, I woke up today and hada 9:15am appointment with the dentist to get a cavity filled. That wasn't pleaseant... Talk about looking like you need BOTOX!!! My whole face was numb and droopy, at one point i was laughing for 5-minutes just for nothing...then I was very very sleepy...then i just didnt feel anything.



Feels weierd when I chew and put pressure on it...kinda sucks!

well mr spiel, if you were flossing and brushing on a regular basis,maybe you wouldn't have the cavity in the first place.
maybe you've been ingesting too much.......um
nevermind.

 

Brushing twice a day, keeps cavities at bay

 

YUp..I also drink RC,PEPSI eat candy,coffee,tea


and I ONLY HAD 1

lol.

I floss in the morning and at night and I brush 1,2 sometimes 3 times a day.

 

it's ALL about technique. you can do it and do it and do it many, many times, but unless it's done the right way, the results are not satisfactory.

 

Just like many other things in life.
